Just thought of another reason to make these bags: They are made right here in the U.S.A. The fabric might be made in China, which is a subject in it's own. But I'm all for supporting the U.S.A. when ever I can.

If you buy fabric from Connecting Threads, the fabric is made in the USA

Never heard of one or saw one. Where can I find a pattern or tutorial to take a look at it?
Check back over these posts - there are several photos.

So has anyone taken a vote? It could be: Please check one.

I enjoy seeing all the infinite variations of the Bow Tucks Purses posted here. ____________

Seen one, seen them all. ___________

Now I'll probably get the angry mail! Oh well, this is just IMHO.

I took a look at those. They'd make nice summery purses. I buy the heavy "porch chair" type material when it's on sale at Joann's. Have quite a bit of it because I'm making chef's aprons for the guys for Christmas. But I think one of those purses would look great in that fabric too.

Everyone who is making tacky and rude comments - please stop. If you don't like looking at someone's masterpiece - don't look. It's as simple as that. There's no need for rudeness.
