I was working on a Bargello quilt. I had the last 12 strips on the ironing board. When I went to start sewing them into the quilt, there were ONLY 11. I am STILL hunting for that skinny strip to finish the top!!!

Some of us never learn, I have lost but usually find it much later where I put it because it would work with certain material and I could find it real quick, Wouldn't it be easier if we kept a notebook with those patterns and materials we save, when we put them away just where we can find them, after all we have a notebook for our e-mail addresses and passwords ,why not a notebook for patterns and materials???, I have16 boxes of yarn stored in the garage above the wallspace , All are numbered and labeled so I can find just what I need and can go right to it , Some of my fabric is labeled the same way and some is just where I put it when I found a pattern to go with that special piece of material , It is lost in the black hole. :XD: :XD: :XD:

Go ahead and replace the fabric and the original fabric will appear like magic!

Works every time in my house!

Isn't that the same monster that eats the socks somewhere between the washer and dryer?

My problem is my black hole follows me around, just waiting for me to set something down then it gobbles it up. Occasionally it will spit it out in some random place, but some things are never seen again
