I just made my first pillow case for my dd ( she has been insisting on using her pillow sham that I made for her to go with the quilt on her bed that her great granny made.) It was soooo much fun and soooo easy. well for the most part and the best part was it only cost me about 5 dollars and I think that I might be able to get another one out of the rest of the fabric that I have left. will have to see though. ( it is one of those 2 yard pre-cuts from walmart with a 2" strip from my left overs bag. I am about ready to go and make a second one in reverse for her bed. this way she will have two of them for her bed to use. Will be buying another two sets of those because she is needing a new quilt for her bed. (ow darn it. :XD: what a tragedy) she has moved from a twin to a full and while it just barely fits it needs to be a little bit bigger to look right when we get her a real full size bed and off the futon that she is using now as her bed. will post pics of the new one that I am making for her.

the other pillow case is the reverse of the purple and flower fabric.

Pretty pillowcases. I've been making some, too. They're lots of fun and the kids love them.
