    Default ideas please

    I would like to make a quilt wall hanging to look close as the photo any help and suggestion greatly appreciated I never done anything from a picture perhaps a to hard of a project I am still new and learning

    look up *do a search* for 'Confetti quilts' this looks like a great project for that technique. also Nancy Zieman *Nancy'sNotions.com* has some great books, tutorials, videos on landscape quilts. also check tutorials for 'landscape quilts' there are a number of ways you could do this- you could blow it up to the size you want it- lay light background fabric over the picture & applique onto of it....

    Ok so I thought some more. Yes, I would blow the picture up to the size I wanted the quilt and use the confetti method.
