    I am looking at the little folded triangle pincushion tute and for the life of me I cant undertand the part where you fold and sew together,,,can someone help me get it!!!

    You take the right side of one triangle and sew it to a left side of the next triangle, and on and on until all three are sewn. You only sew it about halfway, so you can fold the top over. Make sense?

    OOps. I just read your post again. Is it for the pincushion or the thread catcher? The above is for the thread catcher.

    I couldn't understand dirctions either just reading them. It just didn't seem lke there would be a bottom. I made the pattern triangle out of paper and folded it following the directions and could immmediately see how it all worked. Can't explain it but try doing it with folded paper and see if you understand.

    Oh dear, I already saved that pattern, with plans to make it, but if it isn't as easy as it says, I may have problems too!

    Its easy,,,I just thought you used 3 triangles ,one for each side,and you just use 1!!!DUH!! I can really be dense!
