Well I guess it would be a midarm. I just ordered a HQ18 Avante w/ a 10 ft Studio frame. I am so excited. It will be here Friday. I ordered it from Sewing Machine Plus .com. The sales rep - Nedra was great. She is so friendly and helpful. So if you order from the make sure to ask for Nedra. Did I say I was so excited. I cleaned my sewing room a week or so ago and now I am ready to take down my Mega Quilter and hopefully sell it. I'll post soon with it. And I got my EQ7 in the mail today. It feels like Christmas.

Oh this is wonderful news. I have the same machine and I love it. I am curious about your table I have the studio table to and it is in 4 ft increments so I have mine at 8 ft because of space issues - eventually I will add the additional 4 ft to make it 12 ft. Was there an option for a 10 ft table? Well, I know you will love your machine - yay....

I had a choice of 10 ft or 12 ft. The 10 ft will breakdown to 5 ft and the 12 ft will breakdown to 8 ft or 4 ft. I don't have the room for a 12 ft and 8 ft is too small. I figure when it gets put together I won't take it down.

Way to Go! Enjoy your time with your new baby. Give loving care, don't do short cuts and remember a well oiled machine is a long lasting one. Yee haw.

Congratulations!! You will love it. I have the Babylock Crown Jewel which is the twin to the Avante. I love mine and she is so easy to use. Did you get any extra accessories with yours?

OH I got a boat load. Rulerbase, 2 groovy boards (bishop circles) some rulers, scissors, bobbins, needles, magnetic pin bowl, some pantos, and dot-to-dot book. I know there are other things but I can't remember. Plus I got a discount because they didn't finance it.
