    Default ironing post marking

If I iron after marking with Crayola Ultra washable markers, will it set the ink or will it still wash out?

(I know I can test it out, but was hoping someone already knew the answer....lazy, I know!)

It has always washed out after ironing for me. Press a piece and spritz it with water. It should disappear.

If pressing is necessary before removing the marking, you are safer using the lowest temperature that will do the job.

I did a demo at quilt guild on marking methods. The ultra washables did fine for me after ironing. I used several fabrics and numerous marking methods. I did find that with all of the methods I tried, the blue color seemed to be the hardest to get out. Whether ironed or not ironed.
