That's great! I guess that 23 years my DH was in the AF is worth it. You can also get 10% off at Lowe's and Home Depot with a military ID.

Thank you for remembering that Memorial Day is not just a day off from work.

I just talked to the checkout lady and she said all you need if you are not currently active in duty is a picture of you in your uniform. How they would ever know my husband, who served in Vietnam some 40+ years ago by looking at him now against his picture, I do not know, but the lady says that JoAnn's if not very strict on ID info. I will be at JoAnn's with my hubby on one of the sale days.

Hi, my coupon said that it CANNOT BE COMBINED with any other discount or coupon. But the big blue 20% off notice said it includes regular and sale-priced items; clearance items. So I guess you will just have to try it and see what happens. Good luck. BrendaK

I am laughing because when my husband used to deploy to Antarctica from Oct to March 3 years in a row, I was not quilting then but did crafting and craft fairs. I had my machine and stuff piled all over the dining room and the kitchen working on it. I would get it all cleaned up before he came home.
