I ordered a panel of a Thomas Kincade print. I was planning to use it in a quilt I was making for my sister.
The border around it was not cut straight, and it is wrinkled like heck. Seems like crinkled material more then cotton.
Shipping was very fast though so I am happy with that, but, don't know what I should do with this panel

Perhaps you could use it as the view through an attic window?

If it's not cut straight, I would complain to the eBay seller. If it's not printed straight, that is the fault of the fabric maker, but the eBay seller should have disclosed that problem. Either way, talk to the eBay seller. If you want to keep the panel regardless of the problem, posting a picture would help us to give suggestions.

No there were a few noticeable wrinkles, but, not as many as I have. I think they can be pressed out. As far as the cutting goes. The print is fine, just cut, shorter on top. There is extra fabric, like a frame around a frame and I will work with it, trim it so that both borders are equal. It's just I felt it could have been shipped without the need to fold it so many times

Next time just ask them to place the panel between two pieces of poster board. They will be able to ship it this way. It will cost you more but you won't have to worry about the wrinkles which will save you from ironing the fabric prior to sewing it!

Sorry to hear this, I always check feedback on ebay sellers, but I would mention it to them. You paid good money for that fabric, and they should provide good customer care when shipping.
