I recently placed an order with them for a 1 yard piece then decided what I really needed was another 1/2 yard. I sent them an email and, viola!, the 1.5 yards came in one piece. They are so very good to their customers. Excellent quality and customer service!

I love getting orders from them. So neatly packaged and prompt. I am considering joining their Gold Club. Does anyone belong and do you think it is worth the money? I like the fact they now have free shipping to members.

Yes I love them to. Was just there yesterday and you really have to make sure you have the time to look around. They have to be the best quilt shop that I have been in. Very friendly and the best natured bunch to spend some time with. They really need to be on your bucket list. Only live about 6 miles away but just need the time to look around. They have so much to look at.

They are a great company! Their kits always are generous with fabric (increasing my stash - yeah!). If I have any problems they are very prompt in resolving them. I order from them frequently. Another sight that is great is Connecting Threads.

Wonderful company to deal with. They give generous cuts also. Another is Fabric Depot. Just placed my first order with them and they called me to tell me that two of my choices were sold out and they wouldn't be getting anymore. I thought that was very thoughtful! So far I have not been disappointed dealing with the online companies.

They are an awesome site. I would dearly love to visit, but being in California, it is a long way away to the north east. I love their medleys.............actually I love everything about this company. They sent me a bobbin holder (wasn't charged for it) that was not part of my order, called them, and they said to please keep it and did they get the rest of my order correct. They are one of the first places I go to order..........and their catalog they send is so much fun to browse through. Here is their website for anyone: Originally Posted by teddysmom
