    Question Looking for this pattern

I followed the blog that is posted with this picture and it did not lead me to a pattern that looks anything like the picture.
Why do people do that?? Anyone have an idea what the pattern for this star quilt is called or who the designer is? Help is appreciated.

I am sorry I don't have any idea where to get the pattern. But, the two corners of the pattern are half square triangles and a solid white in the corner. I bet if you draft the whole block out on paper, you can make up your own instructions using a fat quarter bundle.

LindaSchipper ... Looks like a nice stash buster project. Agree with RedGarnet and AnnaQuilts, that you really do not need a pattern, as it's just 12 patch block (3x4patches). And as I say this, I am getting myself talked into this becoming an Easter weekend project pour moi!!!

But, if you really want the details that you asked for, look at the next quilt in your pinterest link. It's made from the same pattern but different fabrics and gives you the pattern name and designer.

Looks like 2.5 inch squares , some 2.5x4.5's and some hst's.

If you blow it up you can see it better.

This pattern by Pat Sloan is free, similar and could probably be adapted to look like the Pintrest picture you like...

Look at this picture- this should be the blocks- takes 4 for a complete Star and you’ll have points for the next one. Block looks to me to be 6.5 x 8.5. Look at rows from top left of picture down.
    Row1-green 2.5 x4.5, then 2.5 half sq triangle then 2.5 white square
Row2-HST, then 2.5x4.5 green, then HST
    ROW3- white 2.5 square, then HST, then green 2.5 x 4.5 rectangle

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but this is what it looks like to me.
