lucky me to have an occupational therapist is also a quilter we had we spent most of my session yesterday problem solving about how to get me hand quilting again. she agrees that using my knee with the right hoop is a good possibility. i am very encouraged . i LOVE my therapist!! always open to suggestions so if anyone has an idea . please let me know. i will not let this stroke hold me back one more day!

Am sending you best wishes to recover from your stroke. Keep working and do all the home exercises. I shattered my left upper arm Dec. 13, and now 4 operations and 7 months of therapy later; I moved my left arm higher than my shoulder for the first time(can only do this while l laying on my right side). But I never gave up trying. Sending you positve vibes and hugs. Long time lurker but just had to register to tell you keep up the good work.

I would sincerely like to say thank you for the kind encouragement.
i would encourage any one with a physical disability to take to heart all that your therapist says. i truly believe they do Gods work. i have had many over the last two years, each and every one has made it clear that if i was not sweating over my exersizes every day my progress would stop
