Quote: That's a wonderful gift. It will mean so much to them. Yesterday I gave a memory quilt to some friends that have recently lost their young son. I used his T shirts to make the quilt.
What a great idea! I know Moonbeam's mother has his onesies and sleepers (baby clothes), but she said she's not ready to part with them just yet. I understand completely. I had thought of turning them into a quilt, but this worked out - once I found fabric with moons.

Quote: That's lovely, it almost brings tears to my eyes to see it and learn the background. Losing a child is terrible to hear about and must be heart breaking horrible to experience. Prayers going out to them.
It did bring tears to my eyes. It is so sad to hear such things happening to such babies. Hopefully the little girl will live a long time.
