    She's a very old beauty. be very careful when you clean her that you do not ruin the decals. they can not be fixed ! gojo hand cleaner (without abrasive !) works well. sewing machine oil also works to get gunk off. go easy around decals.

    sorry know nothing about the machine. Check the board for lost 59, or something close. He knows all about the older machines.

    I've never heard of that brand but, boy it looks a lot like the Singer I learned to sew on Way Back When... Nice Machine

    It was made by Western Electric that's all I could find out about it...

    I may be wrong, but they sure look the same...

    Like everyone else so far, I have never heard of this make/model... could it be a "branded" Singer?
    I am thinking the other way around. Made for the RED CROSS to use by Singer for taking care of things needed for catastrophes
