I have not seen the 'go rag die'! How nice. Sure does beat all that clipping by hand. I love the bright colors. Nice job.

I've also made rags quilts using regular cotton fabrics, they don't fuzz up as the flannel ones do but they are nice and light and comfy. Like your idea of using scraps to make the blocks in the front - I have plenty of scraps and love it that these quilts don't need to be sandwiched and quilted.
Love, love, love the scrappy rag quilt! Beautiful!
One year we chartered a bus to a quilt show and one of the women brought along her rag quilt to snuggle under as we traveled. It was made using Homespuns! I fell in love with it and made one from Homespuns as soon as I got home! I still love it! It fringed nicely with a finer type of fringe. Just a different look. I'm in Fla and the flannel ones tend to be too hot. The Homespun is just right!

The Go has it in 5 1/2" and 8 1/2" and Studio has even alot more in larger sizes and in between as well as flowers, hearts, stars.

I think I've ordered all the Studio one's as well. Some I've received and waiting on rest.

You can do a Take 5 using these Studio Rag dies which I can hardly wait to do so.

This is awesome! I had wanted to do a rag quilt with batiks, but when asked, most said it wouldn't rag... well look at yours.. they rag!!

I'm going to make my own now. I love batiks and have a boat load so this will be perfect!

Don't believe everything anyone says especially if they themselves did not make one. It RAGS as you say. LOL

I washed it after I made it and it makes it rag better. Wash it again and it will look even better than after the first wash.
