At our guild last nite a quilt was shown which I had seen before but don`t know the name.
Its snowman heads with touques sleeping under a quilt with stars in the corners.
    Thanks Gale

what are touques? i'm not sure what your question even is? was it a block? a whole quilt? an appliqued project? a printed panal? was there a block used to make a quilt that you want the name of? we would need some sort of description of the block....sorry, just don't know what you want to find out???

I was looking at this one last week. It's cute.

It's called Snuggle Snowmen by Natalia Bonner and Kathleen Whiting. I saw it on this site. There's a tute for it a little over halfway down the page.

I believe that touques are hats - I noticed that the poster is from Canada

Yes, a toque is a small close fitting hat. Like a snowman wears for everyday wear, when he isn't wearing his formal Abe Lincoln top hat!

Gale, I would ask the gal who made the quilt about her pattern. there are a GAZILLION quilt patterns with snowmen! If that one is special, you need it!
