Default need new machine Juki HZLG220

My 43 yr old machine has officially succombed to high usage. I am leaning towards buying a Juki HZLG220. Have you used this machine? What can you tell me about it? Does it need lots of repairs? comments good & bad appreciated, please.

I've not used the G220 ... but I do have the F600. It's a great machine. I liked it because it seemed more quiet than other brands I tried and it just spoke to me. Very user friendly. Mine came with the extension table and a walking foot ... think these are extra $ for the G220. The F600 is several hundred $'s more though. I've had my machine since 2014 with no repairs needed.

I have the Juki DX 2000 QVP and really like it. Two years in and no repairs needed. I realize you are asking about a different model but the manufacturer is the same and I would assume the quality is probably similar. As will all machines, take care of it regularly and keep it clean. I looked at your model on line and my recommendation to you would be to go with a Juki model that has the knee lift. I find this invaluable for quilting.

I also have F600 never a problem in > 5 years. Knee lifter is invaluable. Stitches are beautiful. It FMQ nicely (I have only done small projects)
