What a great idea. Thank you.

Hi...this is my first post...I haven't even introduced myself yet. But I wanted to mention that I ordered 10 blades from Harbor Freight's website on 12/21 and received them on 12/24. I was very impressed with the quick turnaround!

Our Harbor Freight here in NE Texas has had them in stock in the store.

    Here's the math:

I just ordered 12 packages of 2 blades each from HF online.

With my state tax and their outrageous shipping price the total came to $35.60.

For 24 blades that works out to $1.48 per blade.

Much less than buying them at Wally World or your LQS.

After placing my order I wrote to the company telling them how extremely high their shipping charges are.

There, now I am done adding my 2 cents worth. :-D :-D

I too had problem with a blade from HF. Then I discovered it was my fault. When I couldn't take off the plastic, I used my rotary cutter to cut through the plastic and cardboard. It turned out that I had cut too close and knicked the top blade. I have shots every week and there is a HF nearby. I check it out as often as I can. In past three months I have only managed to find a package twice. But I will keep looking. I would like to get a stash of them . Happy Hunting

Ebay has a lot of blades of all sizes. You do need to check the shipping cost, but I have gotten many blades at very good prices and they were here in just a few days.

I stumbled on a Harbor Freight when I was up in Albuquerque, next door to a LQS I had been in. They didn't have the blade packs, but I did get a carpet cutter with 3 blades - all for $3.99. I threw the cutter away after taking out the blade. I figured that $1.33 per blade was a bargin compared to $7.49 at Hobby Lobby. Probably should have bought all the cutters while there!!!! I'll get to go back in February and May, so maybe it will be me who buys out the blades! :)

I have not noticed any difference in the blades.
