I think she is great... I don't think she will ever make an award winning quilt however, she is so down to earth and she caters to us that will also never be award winning.

Ahhhh -but you should visit their store! We go to the Texas Hill Country from Wisconsin every winter and pass about 12 miles from Hamilton, MO. Of course my wonderful husband packs his Kindle and turns right off the highway, prepared to sit a spell. We have done this for years and it is amazing how quilting can revitalize a small town! Go check it out if you get a chance - they would love to meet you!

Eleanor Burns has an inspiring story, too. Had she had today's internet when she started, I suspect her trajectory would have been very similar. She had to reach audiences one at a time instead, which must have been a lot harder.

Anyone who can make quilting more popular and accessible is worth cheering for, I think.

    hugs,

I just went to a trunk show and workshop with her down here in Florida. She was wonderful, exactly like she is in her videos. Very generous with her time. I check out her new videos every Friday.

I love the videos and the MSQC definitely has an inspiring story. I have learned a lot from watching Jenny's videos... and the many other videos on You Tube. I like to support MSQC when I can, but I still have to watch my money so shop around for the better deals. I can see myself making a run to Hamilton, MO just for a visit and a road trip though

Not quite obsessed, but love the videos, and the story behind them. I haven't yet ordered from them, and didn't know they had a forum, so will have to check it out.

I love her too! I think it is because she is so "real". I like the idea that it is a family venture and they've pulled themselves up and are now employing everyone in their little town. It's such a great All American story. She is not packaged and slick like some quilting gurus. I saw her and her husband in person when they were in Portland at some quilt event. (Free to!) They were so cute and down home. I love the videos but don't often buy the "daily deal" because there's not much I need. Sometimes her enthusiasm is priceless and gets me enthused and moving again! Thanks to Jenny and her family. Count me as a member of the fan club!

I can not imagine anyone not being in love with Jenny. They are missing so much. Miss Personality plus. Her videos are fantastic and I must say her daily deals are to die for. Of course shipping charges are rather high. I have saved almost all of her videos and they are my first go-to.

I am in the same fan club. I like the deals and every time I really like it for a ruler they are sold out. I guess I have to get on her earlier.
