    Default Oh man!

So here I am chain sewing like mad thinking these are going really fast. When I finished I picked up the beginning of the chain & was in total shock. Thinking & had just put in a new bobbin BUT low & behold I had NOT. Only two of the chain pieced pieces were sewn. Hanging my head in discussed & shame I couldn't believe I done that AGAIN!!!! Don't ya just hate it when that happens????? Now I have to start all over with that long chain after I get everything put back together & piled up. :~( Decided to take a coffee & chocolate break first.

Chocolate is a start, but this may be the time for wine!

My sewing machine tells me when my bobbin is getting low. I am so thankful for that feature because I would totally do what you did. So sorry it happened.

I vote wine and chocolate! Can't tell you how many times I've done this very thing!

OOps! My machine refuses to sew if there is no bobbin thread or if the top is threaded wrong! Thanks for modern miricals! But yes this has happened to me too and always when things seem to be going smoothly!

I don't drink so if I had a glass of wine it is hard to say what would happen next. Wait, maybe that wouldn't be such a bad idea after all. I could end up with something really new. My luck though, I would end up sewing my fingers AGAIN. Been there, done that too.

Fortunately I sew slow. I usually notice after just a few inches of running out.

Things like that happen to me late at night if I insist on sewing then. But, my machine would be letting me know I have a feeling.

Oh No! I have sewn and sewn only to find out the bobbin is out too. All I can say is that it's better to sew without thread than to chain sew the two wrong sides together. I've done that also! Think of it this way now you have nice 1/4 inch perforations to follow.
