    A few weeks ago I email Karen McTavish to thank her for some of her books and videos I've been learning from, and to share a link to the posting of my "White on White" quilt here. http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-135369-1.htm

    I got a very nice note back from her this morning! And, she suggested I try adding trapunto to my quilting, so...I'm off on another learning adventure!

    Isn't it nice when you get a response from some of the famous people in our world? Quilters are so gracious and helpful! BTW - I checked out your white on white - OMG - I HAVE to do one! Its AWESOME!!!!!

    Wendy, your quilting is so stunning! Then to get an email back from Karen to top it off?! Have you thought about using wool? Wool batting gives the look of trapunto with out the work. I am so glad I started scanning this board again to see your work.
