    I'd change it. It would bug me knowing that I ran out and had to piece. But that's just me.

    well, ladies... I changed it... It is for a gift and wanted it perfect... well better anyway.. What do you think?

    I love the red border. It finishes it off better than the plaid in my opinion. I may have to use this design for a Christmas tree skirt. Seems that is what everyone wants this year

    Your new border is so much better, and not because the original one was pieced but because the red just makes that piece sing.

    it looks fine but I agree - if I was keeping it, it would drive me crazy - but that's because the only plaid I like is on a flannel shirt!

    Pattern came from book " On the Run Again" by Anka's Treasures... I got it through Connecting Threads... love it... lots of great designs.
