I love the entire process from purchasing the fabric, to cutting it up, piecing it back together and quilting it. And of course the binding means I am almost done.

I love piecing and quilting but I have an LA so I look forward to that part. I also love to plan them.

Oh, yes, I love that part. And, if they pet it, even better!

The part I struggle with is putting the top together. All those blocks, adding the borders, it's so cumbersome.
But, I love the binding, such a feeling of accomplishment.

My all time favorite part is hand sewing the binding. I do like doing everything ...but quilting is my least favorite.

I do like all aspects of quilting. My most favorite is making memory quilts for people out of loved ones clothing. So I guess I could say creating different & one of a kind quilts. I am big at fabric touchy feely.

I think that the different activities in making a quilt are the reason I love to quilt so much. There is always something that I can do in any mood or any time. One of my favorite times is hand quilting on a cold night with a dachshund
    or two sleeping underneath.

like several before me I enjoy the entire process ... from buying the fabrics to cutting them out to piecing them together .... and even getting them ready to quilt ... but I honestly believe that hand-sewing the binding is my favorite part of all 'cause that does mean it's almost done.
