Put four together into a "block" then use a narrow sashing between them.....probably cream solid would be good; can also put in a cornerstone of a strong solid between each "block" on that sashing.....

They are both nice, but I think I like the bottom one (without sashing), because of the secondary partterns that make it so interesting. But why not make two quilts, if you have enough scraps. Your fabrics are so pretty.

Do you have lots of blocks with light strips on the outer edge? I think, if you use blocks with lighter colored strips on the edge and put them right next to med.- to dark colored strips, you'll get more movement. Just look at this in your example for the "no sashing" picture. I prefer no sashing.

petthefabric says exactly what i was thinking. when doing scrappy, i tend to not use sashing and no borders - just squares right out to the end.
