    Default Pool Noodle basting

I use this method today and it work fairly well. I used glue however, I would rather use spray.

Glad to hear your feedback! I haven't done my basting yet, too much ended up happening this week. I'm itching to try the pool noodle basting though!

I bought pool noodles for my batting, but I'm going to stick with my boards for the top and backing. The noodle will be an improvement to having the batting flopping around. I should have a quilt to try by the middle of next week. Today I have some machine appliqueing to do. I don't know why I'm dragging my feet. I've done it before.

I used the boards for the first time ever. Went to Menards and purchased trim boards. Used a table to baste with safety basting pins. Then used my embroidery machine to quilt the quilt. I was very pleased with the results and will do it again. Prefer not to due anything larger than twin size.

I did not find the pool noodles until after I had purchased the trim boards.
