Quick points scallop ruler?

Can anyone share their experience with this ruler? I think the resulting double scalloped border is adorable. I watched a YouTube video, and it looks easy....

Might be useful - how wide are the scallops? Deep is 1.5" I see but I need 4 1/2" wide.

Kitsie, I believe there are larger sizes available....

I like the Eleanor Burns ruler or the June Tailor Wave Edge ruler which I used to mark a scallop design in a border on one quilt.
I've not tried double scallops but they sound great.

here is a youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMp5sRAzVD0 for the scallops ruler her customer service is not great a few years ago I ordered her prairie points ruler I got the confermation from paypal but nothing from her so I emailed her that I was concern about my order and never heard back 2 weeks later still nothing not even a thank you, your order has been shiped nothing so I emailed her again and still no reply I was about ready to complain to paypal when they arrived the rulers are ok..I have el burns scallop ruler and love it
