Hi - Can anyone tell me if there is a successful way to quilt a large quilt in sections without having the backing fabric show on the front of the quilt. I have completed a large quilt top that I know I will have trouble with when I try to quilt in my sewing machine, so I thought perhaps I could quilt it in sections. Any ideas are very welcome. Thanks!
    Terry

I did this on my last quilt and it was amazing how much easier it quilted without all of the excess bulk. I hadn't read the tutorial about it at the time, but remember seeing this done on an episode on Simply Quilts. Registration marks are important.
