Do any of you know of someone looking to buy or should I go ahead and list them here in the for sale section? Thanks for your opinions!

Plain and simple, people here make quilts. Why would we want to buy them? Occasionally someone here will sell tops, but most people here make quilts. That's why we're here on the board.

you will have to google "where to sell quilts"..i know there are on line shops that cater to quilters/quilts.

before you can sell anything here, you need to be a "regular".
    explains it more here:
    http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-651-1.htm

people just don't understand what it takes to make a quilt, time, money for fabric, batting, batting, thread etc. unless of course they are already a quilter! good luck and blessings!
I am aware of the "regular" title. I did have it but am not always able to get on here everyday to post. I am a stay at home mom of three, two of whom are "special" so they do take much of my time. :) Am working on building my postings back up. Thanks for the info!
There is a bit more to it than just being a "regular" if you read the rules, it explains all of the qualifications, another one is that you also need to be a member for 90 days I believe :D:D:D

I understand that and feel the same...just looking for suggestions on different venues from others who may online more than myself.

My daughter put my quilts on Facebook so far just 1 person who wants me to make a quilt for him out of a box of flannel shirts he has. I showed a quilt at the fair, (blue ribbon), and someone asked for name and phone # to have me make one for them. I guess I'm saying, exposure, helps. I sold 3 table toppers too, also from exposure.

there is also Quiltsforsale.ca, costs $10 to list one quilt. Might be worth it. Although I have one quilt on there and it has not sold yet.
