    Default Selling

I am looking for a good place to sell some of my longarm quilt items. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

there is a place for members to sell items at Machine Quilters Resource. It is for all quilters, not just long armers. Its a free membership (with optional subscription to help defray site costs to private owner) with lots of eye candy and helpful quilters. I believe you can poke around before you join. No posting for non-members, if I remember correctly

PM me if you have any questions

Another thought is Craigslist. I think it's free to advertise, and is listed by location, so you'd get buyers that are in your area.

Are you talking about quilted items? If so, Etsy is a good place.

if you do facebook seearch for Florida quilters etc. Here in the NW USA we have a group of mostly Oregon/Washington, https://www.facebook.com/groups/Paci...lters/members/ which has a side group for advertising any thing quilty.
I've sold a couple of machines, swapped fabric (holiday for 1800's) and am getting ready to put my lovely Singer 301 up.
Some of the benefits are if it is something they really want they will drive the distance, and I often meet buyers half way, or do pony express.

    Hope that helps!
