    Default SITD Attachment

    Did everyone else (except me) know that this attachment helps a great deal with SITD?[ATTACH=CONFIG]584246[/ATTACH]

    Happy to hear that you found something that works for you...I have something similar (I think it’s called an edge foot) for both of my machines. It also helps tremendously if you need to sew a binding on a project.

    I've seen these but I don't have a problem with stitch in ditch so haven't pursued it. I stitch right in the seam line so the stitching on the top disappears but is visible on the backing. Where does this stitch and can you see the stitching after it'd done?

    This attachment came with my machine. Using it, I can stitch right along the seamline and by gently pulling the seamline apart, I can "hide" the stitch line in the seam "ditch". The attachment is helping me wobble less with my stitching.

    Yes, mine is called an edge stitch foot. It's very helpful for stitch in the ditch (and for edge stitching)

    I just started using mine. It’s great! Makes the SITD much, much easier and more accurate. Love it!

    Mine doesn't look like yours, but the same principle. Love how it works. Sure makes SITD easier!
