Remembering diaper pins and plastic pants, the diaper pail goes along with it. How nice new mothers have it now.

I'll be checking on some of the suggestions. I'm in the process of replacing my big box of 500 Dritz quilting pins with (more expensive) thinner gauge pins but I have not yet settled on exactly what I want -- some of the fancy topped pins are so heavy . I still like the length, I like having the head like on the Dritz ones. I like being able to pin every step of a project and I like having hundreds of pins, but I think maybe 200 is my eventual goal. I try to do all of a set at a time, but I also try to get up and move and change tasks every 15 minutes or so, so maybe I don't want/need so many.

I noticed a lot of "cute" pins are really thick. I bought some cat head pins that are adorable but ugh, not using them as they are way too thick.
