    I purchased an office chair with arms. I did put the arms on but they swing up to be even with the back. Most of the time they are up but there are times when down works. I really like it.

    I have a office chair with arms and it works ok for me. It has the height adjustment on it.

    Thank you everyone! I did end up ordering an ergonomic armless chair today on Amazon. Fingers crossed it is comfortable.
