Default Suggestions - quilt from Tim Holtz "Eclectic Elements" fabric

I love the line of fabric called "Eclectic Elements" by Tim Holtz.(not sure I can post the pictures of it here)
I would like to make a quilt for my husband with it. I don't want to cut it up too much but also want some design to it.
Suggestions appreciated for a pattern that will feature this fabric at it's best.

Jenny Doan from MSQC new Illusion Block quilt might be a good one. It is the rectangle with the gray shadow on one side. A nice tan background with the gray shadow with that fabric line would look good in my opinion. The video is on youtube but there is a link on QB as well.

A lot of these quilt patterns use big blocks, http://www.mapleislandquilts.com/quiltpatterns.asp look at ones like BQ, In step, stackables and hot shot, maybe one of these would suit?

Between the Lines by Mountainpeek Creations http://www.thequiltpatch.com/between-the-lines.html

or this pattern by Kaufman - Box Trot
    http://www.robertkaufman.com/quiltin..._Trot/#color:1

or free pattern - Lumina Dawn by Kaufman - http://www.robertkaufman.com/quiltin..._Size/#color:1

Note: to me, the Lumina Dawn looks like it needs the darker gray around the large print strips. But, that's just me.

Nice fabric. You could do all sorts of things with it. Mix some blocks with some 4 patches or stagger them. I have found that when all else fails the DP9 works wonders!

Looks like a great "man quilt" fabric line. I was not familiar with it before this post, but love the line and some of the other's suggestions. Hope you get the perfect combination and show us your finished quilt!

I agree with Tartan. It would look great with this fabric line.

I love this fabric too, and like you, didn't want to cut it up too small.

I went BIG...I made a king-size quilt top out of 12" squares of this fabric. It's just a top so far but I LOVE it and can't wait to finish up my Christmas projects so I can get it quilted and on the bed. Sometimes simple is best, I am really enjoying simple big block quilts lately.
