A quilt without both lights and darks is no fun....as for colors...picking a favorite is like trying to pick a favorite child...YIKES!

My favorite color has been blue for 53 years, but I also love greens and browns, the Earth tones. I am drawn to deep rich dark colors. Even for baby quilts.

Seems like I am very much like all of you. My favorite colors are usually greens and blues. I make myself buy light colors since I am drawn to colors in the medium range. (I think that is really typical) I often use black as a background or complement to help vivid colors pop.
