Finish the Frank Lloyd quilt, the Amazon Star, the Lake Superior storm at sea, the northern lights. Those are the ones I have everything put together for. Finish quilting the mariner's compass sampler and diamond log cabin. Finish my Christmas quilt. Ask me in a year and at least two of them won't be comp, ete yet.

I would not worry whether the quilt you wanted to make is a fad or not. A lot of the antique quilts we look at today were fads way back when and not now, but we are still oow-ing and aww-ing over them. I have several quilts I have made over the years that I still like, and they don't fit in the "new craze" category. Make what YOU like. It is YOUR quilt. You will be the one working on it. Enjoy the journey. Enjoy the quilt. (And if you are like me, by the time you finish it, it will be in fashion again! lol)

Star Spin - it was the first pattern I bought when I started quilting and I have been collecting the fabrics for it since. Glad I didn't try it right away as I am working on my piecing skills as I go.

My near future quilt is the tumbler pattern. I have wanted to make one for a long time and just never got around to it. I have 150 of the 280 5" sqs. needed. Getting ready to order another 100 pkg. of sqs. and my tumbler template should be here Sat. so I can get started soon.

You know, I'm so new to quilting, and I have so many new ones to look forward to! Each one is a new adventure and something brand new to me.

Too many to list all of my want to make. I'm currently working on 5 different quilting tops. Swoop quilt a long, floral Jacob ladder, lightening block quilt, QB mystery #7, and a scrappy Jacob ladder in blues, purple and green colors. I'm sure if I had the time and fabric and money, I have at least 100 quilts I would love to make. Will I make them probably not, but I would love to make them.
