All this stuff was probably 40-50 years old
I hope she didn't roll over in her grave, but I machine stitched it all together, according to her plan, and hand quilted in using the Big Stitch method. I'm sure her plan was to continue hand sewing and quilting it, but I am NOT a hand quilter.
    It's my favorite
OMG! It's gorgeous! I love it! Thanks for showing us.

I have two favorites. First my twin size Dear Jane and the second is the first Crazy Quilt that I made. I love them both!

Can I change my answer? I'd forgot all about what really is my favorite quilt. My (favorite) niece was born on Oskaloosa, KS & I found a pattern called "Oskaloosa Wedding Ring". So I started saving fabrics to make her a quilt when she got married. It was a large variety of navy/indigo Civil War repro prints with unbleached muslin, set block to block. I hand quilted it 1/4" around the pieces & was really happy with it. It looked old & that was what I was aiming for. She was thrilled with it & sent a picture of it in to "Quilt" magazine & they featured it. I just loved that quilt. I'm glad my niece loved it, too, & that it has a good home!
