I have purchased from many online places, but my all-time favorite is Over the Rainbow (see link below). Not only is the fabric real quality, but I love that she gets enough advance pic's on fabric about to be released (sometimes months down the road), that we can place orders and get the fabric just as soon as it hits the market.

You can view by collection, color, manufacturer, theme or appearance (stripe, check, etc.).

Her prices are very reasonable and she has lots more than fabric, although that is the mainstay.

An added benefit are her newsletters. A delight and lift to the day - one to several a week.

Now, be careful with the URL ... do NOT put in the word "the"; it is: overrainbow.com

    I just purchased from Jeanette's.
I had never even heard of them much less buy from them. But she had the fabric I was looking for so I gave her a try.
The service was great. My order arrived within 3 days. Fabric is what I was looking for. I will use them again.
Fabric is alittle more pricey than I seen other places. But all in all a good shop.

I live very close to Fabric Shack and I know that you can order on line from them. Their fabric is wonderful and they have a huge selection!

I like fabric.com and thousands of bolts. The only problem with thousands of bolts is that you have to purchase a minimum of one yard. Fabric.com you can buy in half yard increments. Bot both sites can use up a whole day just browsing.

If you want to take a chance, and sometimes it pays off, try Ebay. Look under crafts>sewing and fabric. One time I got 36 civil war fat quarters for $40, and free shipping.

Debbie---their website is down right now--but it IS a great place to buy fabrics.

Z and S stands for Zooks and Sauders. It is two separate Amish quilt shops in the Lancaster PA area. They are great to visit in person too--the prices just can't be beat.
