rewash, toss in the dryer but take it out before it's completely dry, then iron with sizing or starch. If that doesn't work - incorporate the wrinkles.
Can you take it to a drycleaner to have it pressed? they have those enormous mangle presses.

Did you wash a piece longer than 3 yards? I usually subcut long yardages before washing and then use the handwash cycle for washing and delicate for drying. If I don't have a project idea ready-to-go, I will usually leave the long yardage unwashed - with a little reminder to wash later pinned on.

Spray with water until damp, then fold and place in a plastic bag. Let sit for an hour so the moisture will distribute itself evenly; if you won't be able to get to it in an hour put the bag in the freezer and it'll keep.
Remove from the bag when you're ready and press with spray starch if desired.
