LOL! I did a remodel in Feb 2008, and the flooring I chose was white and brown/cinnamon tiles.....I preceeded to pattern it in a 'rail fence' pattern, the workman laying it said 'What?!", so I had to direct him....everyone who sees my floor is in love with it! It's gorgeous! Even out in my garden, which I designed and planted, I can see a quilt pattern.

Guilty of a large percentage of these. Maybe someday I can lay out a pretty tile floor in the pattern I want.

Bathroom tiles, retro wall paper and plaid or stripe clothes on people. Stay awake thinking of fabric then can't sleep.

I don't watch much tv, but my husband does, and he always calls me in to see a neat quilt on the tv. I think it is so sweet. He's so adorable.

When you tell the dog she needs to wait to go out until you finish a seam.

When you see cardboard butterflies hanging in a floral shop window and go in and ask if you can trace one.

When you send your sewing machine to the shop for its annual tune-up and have to clean house to find something to do.

When you don't iron clothing but do iron scraps of fabric.

When you delay needed surgery until after the state quilt convention so you can go.

Yeah, I'm guilty of most of the forementioned quirks!

When you borrow a napkin in a fancy restraunt that just happens to fall in your purse so you can make a quilt designed like it.

when you can't stay out of fabric stores even though you know you already have enough fabric for a lifetime.
