When every book shelf in your home is packed with quilting magazines and envelopes of many quilting patterns and you know exactly what pattern is in which magazine or in which envelope, when you're looking for it! :D

You might be a quilter if the first thing your husband did when he got a gps was load all the quilt store locations in the COUNTRY on it! Yup, he's a keeper!!

If all the receipts in your purse have sketches on them because you saw one more pattern you just had to make and the camera on your phone doesn't take enough detail.

You might be a quilter if you pack a carryon bag with your clothing and zip it inside a large suitcase check it on the plane then fill it with fabric while visiting family and friends in another state then check large bag with fabric in and carry your carryon onto the plane

you look at a piece of kindergarten artwork and visualize the stitching you would do on it if it was on a piece of fabric! I volunteer in a friend's K classroom once a week since I retired from mine own (miss it!) and saw a really neat art project she had done with the kids and though of this when I saw it!

You might be a quilter if your co-worker claims you are obsessed with quilting as she observes:
    - you hand piecing a block together during lunch break
    - while wearing a shirt that says “Life is Simple: Eat, Sleep, Quilt”
    - and you have been telling her about a great book you are reading about a quilting murder mystery.
Ha! Poor Baby, she just doesn’t understand!
