The stuffing is just poly-fil. Glad you like it. Hope you had a great birthday.

I mailed all my December Candies today. I sure hope Nurse Bonnie that yours get there by Monday. The rest of you girls feel free to open ahead of time so birthday and Christmas are not on top of each other. My Grandmother was born on Christmas day.
I believe Billie 56 is Billie Jean on our list. She was ill for a long time. I also received Candies from you Billie. Thank You very much. i am so thankful you are feeling better.

    Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

My SIL lost her battle with cancer this morning. While my heart is full of sorrow I am yet full of thanksgiving and gratitude. It is not difficult for me to be thankful. I know there is a season to everything. My SIL is at peace and suffers no more.

I saw this wonderful message online that I want to share. My family will still break bread today, with tears in our eyes and thankfulness in our hearts.

"Everyone’s situation is different, and the details of each life are unique. Nevertheless, I have learned that there is something that would take away the bitterness that may come into our lives. There is one thing we can do to make life sweeter, more joyful, even glorious.
    We can be grateful!
It might sound contrary to the wisdom of the world to suggest that one who is burdened with sorrow should give thanks to God. But those who set aside the bottle of bitterness and lift instead the goblet of gratitude can find a purifying drink of healing, peace, and understanding."
From Dieter F. Uchtdorf (full message here)
    Happy Thanksgiving!
