we have the same type station at my p.o. i dropped my stamped packages at the p.o. box in the post office. they were pulled and returned to me with the same blue sticky note about packages over 13 ounces needed to be handed over the counter. so i handed them to the clerk and they were mailed and received.

Thank u, thank u, thank u, Sara and Lori for all the chasing up that you have done, I have come back of holidays and it was like christmas, DH had just piled up my packages waiting for me to come home. I had other stuff that was also delayed. I have put my personal thanks to you Sara and Laurie also. You are surely a great bunch here. Thanks again for all your hard work. :) {{{{HUGS}}}}
