LAF's block is done, I might do another one when I get back from my walk with my son, since I didn't use too much of your fabric.

Hope this will work for you.

No, not placebo. Quinine (in tonic water) has been used to treat malaria since the 1600s. It's similar to chloriquine and hydroxychloriquine that they are using to treat covid19 patients. It opens pathways into the cells, for other meds to travel through, which is why they are prescribing zinc type meds with it. Are you taking any zinc with your tonic water? It's hard to find right now, but if you can't find zinc tablets you can use cold treatments that contain zinc, like Airbornne, or even multivitamins that contain a good amount of zinc. Good luck... stay healthy!

Mona - that is a great block, I love the variety of prints. Thank you so much!
SBG- I have a large bottle of liquizinc in my prep closet to take if i start feeling sick (I got mine from pureformulas.com, they look like they have lots of zinc options still available). right now though, just using the zinc in my multivitamin. I was trying to calculate how much tonic water I needed to drink to be effective, and came up with 40 servings a day (or maybe it was 400. I don't remember). I cannot tolerate more than one serving a day, that's why I said it may be placebo - not sure i am drinking enough. I guess I am hoping since i'm not actually treating malaria or covid, the smaller dosing may have some kind of cumulative effect in my system. Can't hurt, I guess!

I only drink about 8 ounces a day of tonic water, so I’m probably not getting enough either. I’m counting on those antibodies! I think by now we have probably all been exposed to it.

SBG, Millie is a cutie and her otter is wonderful. Terriamn, I'm happy to hear you get to see your friends at the campground. It will help make life feel more normal, even if you are distancing. I walked the neighborhood last night and one large group of people were sitting in a front yard, talking and laughing. But you could see that while husbands and wives were close together, there were large gaps between the couples. They were still able to socialize from what is the current acceptable distance. Looked like a good time was being had.

Today's a pleasant day but it will warm up into the mid-80's. Guess summer is about to start here.Enjoy the remainder of your weekend.

Sewbiz, Millie is so darn cute and growing up so quickly.

Had 2 adventurous days at the lake but came home early today. Winds were horrendous and some kind of flying bug like a Mayfly were everywhere. Here at home it’s beautiful, sun is shining and just a slight wind.

last week Hubby went to put fencing around my hostas to keep the da gone rabbits from Eating them. He hollered Terri come see this. Here mama rabbit made a nest in my hostas and we had newborn bunnies. Talk about adding insult to injury. Hopefully in another week or so they will hop off and we can add our fencing.

How sweet... baby wild bunnies! Enjoy while you can. Do they have eyes open and hair yet? If not, I'm afraid you might be in for more than a week of delay.

Biblistone love your block. It’s one of my favorites.

Sewbiz bunnies now have hair but not sure on if the eyes are open, nest is still pretty well covered with Mom’s fur and leaves. Funny she would build nest right next to back steps where there is so much activity.

Today I hope to work on another project besides mask. My sewing room will need a good cleaning after sorting through fabric for the boom and now for all the masks. At least I am just using from my stash

Good morning. Terriamn, how nice of you to supply comfortable hostas as accomodations for your rabbit guests. We have rabbits who come in the yard under the fence but we've never seen babies. Bibliostone, what a pretty block for Bugaroo.

t's another pretty day in GA with no rain in sight for over a week. Hope you all have a happy day!
