Here is one that was totally new for me. I found an English Paper Piecing pattern for a Michigan State Star and decided it was time to try to do English Paper Piecing. I started it July 4th weekend. I kept checking it for size and it was perfectly 12.5" until I pulled the papers out and remeasured so ultimately I had to add a tiny border to make sure it was the perfect 12.5" block. JayneW, this Michigan State is for your Michigan State gang. It was a fun block to make while parked in front of the TV.

My blocks are bagged up and heading to the post office first thing tomorrow morning. To wrap up what I haven't posted yet, I have made two Lily blocks, one for Annt59 and one for JayneW. And let's make the last one get us ready to start celebrating the upcoming cold holiday season for the northern hemisiphere, a Hunter's Star for Marcialee in very classic Christmas colors.

Thank you all for your beautiful show and tell for the last few months. I have loved watching and learning and can't wait to get my President's blocks to play with. Thank you Janice for coordinating this for us!

I love the Michigan state star Ibex. I had a hard time with that fabric. Your block turned out beautifully

Such pretty blocks, everyone! These must be about the last of them. Great work everyone… loved seeing them as you completed them. Soon we will be making quilts!

Janice, hope there won’t be too much FRED left for you to deal with, once it gets to NC. One other plus to moving to NC: less storms (hopefully), LOL.

The first blocks to the new address arrived safely yesterday. More are on the way. Unfortunately, our new internet service is stalled but DH just reminded me, I can use this cell as a hotspot. Thank goodness for him. It’s still raining heavily but winds are insignificant at the moment. My sewing room will begin to take shape later today after DH anchors my large cabinet to the wall in protection of the grand in case she gets it in head to climb the shelves one day. That’s it from here.

Remember, blocks are due on the 27th so just keep that date in mind. Hope you all are well. Later, Zinnias.

I mailed my package yesterday and will send the tracking info to Janice shortly.
I'm sad that the boom is almost over. But, I have so many other things going on that I can keep busy with.
    Have a great day everyone!

Good morning, Zinnias! I'm trying to catch up on all your recent pix. Internet connection is very slow but it works.

Hope you all are having a good week.
