Looking forward to my fabric going in the mail! I am hoping to have my quilt finished by October for Charleigh's 4th birthday. It is hard to believe she is already going to be four soon! Time sure does fly by~

So are we going to be summer flowers, carnation, rose, dahlia, gladiolas, lilies? Or maybe trees, evergreen, spruce, juniper, pine? Oh oh maybe elements of sorts like grass, rocks, flowers, trees, mammals, birds? Or, quilt blocks, Pinwheel, 9 patch, Ohio Star? Or how about fabric lines, Modas, Kona, Hancock, RJR?

All good group names. I am still trying to decide on my fabric. I usually do quilts in earth tones but I'm thinking I should jump out of my box and go with bright colors.

I was thinking that if an envelope is for a fast swap, it would be nice if the sender wrote "fast" on the outside of the envelope. That way if you were in both a fast and a slow swap, it would be real easy to put the fast ones to the top of the stack.

. . . and write the name of the group on the envelope. I didn't realize that there were some in more then one group the last time till I was half way through the swap. I started writing the name of the group on the envelope then.

It all helps and to put your board name on it too, instead of your address labels with just your "real name" on it. Then you don't have to go down every list and try to find out who it is. Been checking all day and still no names....
