I have friends who are burners, too, so that was also my first thought! This year is supposed to be crazy- you may want to avoid town entirely!!

And Sandpat, I LOVE the 'Occupied' blocks! Those are great!!

You should have tried living with the real one, she was just as much high maintenance. Like I said, if you do not want her, I will take her back anytime. She has such "finess" about her.Be sure they do not get into her dish of food, she won't eat and then you will have a more emotional issue on your hands.

    Oh, my!!
If I do end up with her I may have to ship her back "home". On second thought it might be nice to have another girl in the house. I have 6 boys.

Oh Polar, she is really ok, sometimes you just have to take a minute and sit down, snuggle with her on your lap and let her give you little doggie kisses. She thinks that we are the ones who are such high maintenance and sometimes she gets upset when she thinks we need hugs and kisses and don't take the time to get them properly. LOL!

Well Sandpat, sounds like you have picked up on Miss Priss' need and desire, and that is just to be held and loved on. I do remember my cuddles, she was the snuggliest dog ever and would just sit there by your side no matter what. Boy, I sure could use her now, I will be on the bed all alone for a few days while foot recovers from surgery, I stabbed myself with the seam ripper and have stitches, sure could use a good dog hug from her right now.
