Quiltincowgirl and I are so lucky....we live about 120 miles apart, and the Heart of the Valley Quilt Shop Hop was this weekend. 3 of my friends and I did part of the Hop, and I was able to meet Quiltincowgirl at one of the quilt shops in Fresno to exchange quilts. Here we are!!

I also wanted to say how wonderful all the other little quilts are!! Those yo-yos are really nice.
No one needs to be ashamed of what they create. We ALL started as beginners, and you should have seen some of my early work!! Or NOT!! LOL We appreciate all newbies, and we are here to advise and lift up!! :-)

What great fun to get together, jlj and qcg! I went to take pics of mine from Ms Grace and darn, batteries are dead. Hopefully will have them up before morning!

Finally pics taken. When I opened my pkg and saw this wonderfully sewn quilt, I went OMG it's the same pattern I made about 10 years ago--I know cuz I was still HQ. I think mine looks a tad bigger (it's not) because my binding is the same as the border.
