    Well everyone, I'mmmmmm BACKKKKKKK!!!
Beautiful tablerunner, tulips and I saw the end of last month's and I love the pc's and nc I saw.
Still have my sealegs, for another day usually. weather was better than great. Was worried about you girls here with all the bad weather and tornados. was watching what I could of it on the tv in our room. You don't get good stuff on the TV's on a cruise. I ate extra chocolates for all of you at the chocolate buffet. Was too decadant to even talk about. they said they used, get this....450 lbs of chocolate!!!! I had my share of it. In San Juan PR, we wan into my brother-in-laws brother wife and kids. they were just walking down the street and ran into us. St. Maarten was beautiful and I got my son Cuban cigars. I don't condone smoking, but for Cubans, i'll buy. what's the chance he'll get them again ? St. Thomas, I did a lot of shopping, got 2 matching trillion shaped earrings, one pair 22.80 cts. for necklace and ring and another pair 10 cts for earrings. I kinda stole them, got such a grat price. of course I priced them in Bangcock b4 leaving, so I know I got a great price. Got Zoey some new jewelry too. The beach there was aqua, with white sand, bad undertow. Then on to Dom. Republic, great beach, got a larimar bracelet cheap there. Beach was beautiful too, bad undertow again. ate a bunch of waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. had my Pina Coloda on my Bday. was delish, ($10.00) OMG. you can tell I don't drink and was shocked by the price. Larry had a cake for my bday, and the waiters sung tome. Those Phillipino waiters have some voices on them, like a barbershop quartet. so heavenly, their voices. Got some t shirts and a baseball hat in pink, of course with embroidery. (probably made up here). I'm glad everyone is safe thru the storms, scary stuff. Starting to save for the next cruise. Larry lost all $50 in the casino, but he had fun. Hey I bought ammeys, nice deep purple, he can gamble. it's the only time he does. Now I need to get those pretties set. Maybe the next cruise won't be so soon. maybe 2 yrs. or more of saving, if we can afford to go again.
Zoey had an adventure or two of her own while we were gone. Apparently, she sent Choda to look in on us and see where we went. He sent seagulls to scope us out and see what we were up to. She really missed us and sucked up major big time when we got home. We knew she sent someone to check up on us when the seagull kept circling over us at the beach. he was doing recon for her and choda. talk to you all later. gotta go make another pc sometime today or tomorrow. glad to be back. miss you all.

Oh goodie Lynnie is back. Sounds like you had a great cruise. You did miss a lot of bad weather here. It's still cold here today and I think rain tomorrow. Just when the yard sales are starting. You got a lot of great jewelry and I'm sure you ate a lot of that 450 lbs of chocolate. It was really quiet with you gone. Glad that you are back

Brod71 The tulips are lovely and is that city New York.
It was only 54 today but there were actually yard sales and library book sales. Woo Hoo
Yup that's the Big Apple NYC. I work in the city but live in Upstate NY which is an hour and a half North of the city. I get the best of both worlds living in the suburbs and working in the city but I sure can do without the commute. I like country. Anywhere there are farms, mountains and open space I am happy. Guess cuz I was born and raised in the city I'm just tired of all the hustle and bustle At 16 I knew I wanted out. Lol

I've gone to Belmont Park for the big races when I lived in NH. It was only a 4 hr drive but liked going to Saratoga Springs better. Now I'm in Ohio and only watch the races on TV. Big weekend for the Kentucky Derby. You'd like it here. Even though I'm in a city (50,000) there is so much country and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park is about 7 miles from me.

Lynnie your back!! I knew it was the end of the week, but it creeped up on me. Yes, we had plenty of bad storms. Glad you had a great time on the cruise. We all missed you. I know they make a lot of chocolate to have for all the people on board. Me and my husband was watching them show about the 'Disney Cruise'. If we ever go on a cruise we would go on that one.

Ours was great. Disney has a bunch of kids. And don't forget it's more expensive. I got Zoey a palm tree, a frog, and a bracelet as a necklace. I also got for free 2 prs of tanzanite earrings about .10 in each stud. they were free, I may have it put into a cheap silver set (45 or less) for the zoester. it's nice that you all missed me. Thanks. I still need to make another pin cushion, I have a bit of vertigo, not exactly, but i'm still swaying like I was on a ship that hit bumpy weather. I hope everyone is o.k. with this crummy weather, and that it's almost over or totally over for all of you.

Brod71 that is the way I am. I grew up in Chicago, because my dad worked there for a few years, but I was glad when we moved back to Tennessee. My son drives the same amount of time each day as you, but it's where he goes to work. He and his wife also live here, and only about 1 1/2 miles from me.

those tulips are beautiful. when we went into Penn station to get the railroad home, we passed some pretty pink yellow and red tulips. not as many as you pictured, brod71, but just some sprouts. So nice to see some life in the city blooming. thanks for that great picture.
