So I just did a search of SS 2012, and last year we opened our packages at 8PM Eastern time (or Terri time). The year before we opened at 3 PM.

8 p.m. works fine for me. How would that affect our friends outside the USA?

OK, maybe I looked at 2011 instead of 2012, is 8 p.m. eastern better for everybody? Sound off folks! Dec. 8th, 8 p.m. eastern time......or 3 p.m. eastern time.

I'm having a difficult time getting in the "mood" for this swap. The weather has been in the 80's most of the last three weeks, so not at all in the Christmas Spirit. This is the first time I've participated in a Santa swap where we send before Thanksgiving. Not a complain, just an observation.
Except for a couple of homemade goodies I want to add in, I have purchased most of everything my recipient asked for. She didn't ask for much of a specific nature, and the things she did were doable, so I guess I can say she is "easy".

I finished up a project for my SS last night and it turned out so cute I'm going to make one for myself and maybe others as gifts, too. It doesn't have a corncob pipe or a button nose, but it DOES have a carrot nose and button eyes!

My SS didn't include a wish list, so I'm including notions and extra fabric in addition to a few homemade items. I think I'll go back through pics from previous years for more inspiration, but I think I'm about ready to wrap and ship!
