Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

I'm glad that packages are finally getting to where they belong.
If you haven't rec'd a package by the new year, please let me know.
We will try to track it down.
I, myself, have had problems with packages going just a few states away with the post office.
I think this year has been a bad year for carriers of packages.
Sooo...please let me know by private message.

I think i read somewhere here that the current changes on the board are a “work in progress” 😊 but yes it certainly was disorienting at first to find almost nothing that looked familiar! For me its a little easier to post now (especially photos) so i guess the change has some pluses. Being newer to the board, i am still in my original learning curve - everything is just new and different to me again!

Pamela Ory, I totally agree...my tracking information said my package was left at the address but I haven't seen any acknowledgment..I'm afraid she just didn't like her gifts. ;(

This was my first Secret Santa Swap so maybe what I thought was a box of goodies wasn't so good.

Kathy I'm sorry your pal hasn't responded back to you. Even if you didn't like anything at least say thank you. So I'm doing it for her, Thank You. Enjoy your weekend and don't let it get you down.

At least my SS said thank you and that she opened on Christmas day and that she would post photos and that was it. Maybe she didnt like anything I sent or maybe when she tried to get on QB she found the changes too daunting, I hope that was the case as I tried to fulfill her wish list.

Been checking back regularly hoping to see that everything eventually turned out as it should, but looks like there is still room for improvement. I guess i dont understand why someone would sign up for Secret Santa and then not follow through. I realize that i am very fortunate to have a great first experience this time, but it does make me think twice about the next time around?

A big thank you goes out to our organizer... i know she has no control over all of this and i am sure that she must be frustrated, sad and mad all at the same time trying to make sense of a situation that makes no sense at all. Hopefully there is a good reason or explanation for what we have no answers for at the present time.

Dont quit April, I've been in it for some years now and this is my first disappointment but well and truly compensated by the amazing package I received. and Teri does a wonderful Job and it must be hard on her. I hope she keeps doing them.I like building a SS stash all year, then just getting the extras that she has on her wish list when I get her name.

Sometimes life happens... and there is nothing we can do to stop that. We don’t know what other people are dealing with or going through. I’m sure everyone’s packages were appreciated... even if they weren’t acknowledged.

My package arrived today!! It was sent on 14th November and arrived today in perfect condition- 2 months later! It was perfect timing thoughts I had a rubbish day at work and this has cheered me up completely.

It is such a generous package - filled.with Tula Pink fabric (one of my favourite designers). The pink raccoon one I have been trying to get hold of to make a bag so watch this space! A well as the huge amount of Tula Pink fabric there were some beautifully folded fat quarters, a fridge magnet, chocolate, sweets, a sun catcher, magnet, 2 home.made items (I love the stocking!) a little Canadian Angel and a magazine I look forward to reading in bed tonight.

    Thank you so much!
